Mannmade Drives guarantee the performance of the paving for the purpose it is intended for a period of 5 years from the date of completion.

This guarantee covers the structural integrity of the paving for domestic use including light commercial vehicles. Any loosening of blocks or edging stones or the sinking of any blocks through failure of the sub-base will be rectified, except where the sub-base has been undermined by flooding, tree roots or similar cases.

Reinstatement must be carried out by Mannmade Drives following excavation for any reason otherwise this guarantee is cancelled.

Where a block paving sealant has been applied, it is recommended that the paving should be swept and washed down at regular intervals. Resealing is advisable after 3-4 years depending on wear.

This guarantee is only valid to the original purchasers of the paving, unless a maintenance agreement is in force.
